You expect the gear to be in good condition and the experience to be pleasant. That would make for a 4 star experience in my book. But, Doug went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando! Rented 3 tables and 24 chairs with their weekend special and did not need a reservation to do so…read more We showed up at about 1:30pm on a Friday and apparently that is their busy time but we were in and out within 10-15 minutes. They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. I also like the fact that the return date is on a Monday vs a Sunday. Will definitely use them again in the future.
