The male employee who was assisting us never once let us inspect the bong before we purchased it. He packaged it so quickly too, so we didn't have time to notice the flaws. We inspected it in the car and noticed the flaws immediately and tried to take it back for an exchange or refund, only to be met with a "sorry, there's nothing I can do". We have bought many bongs and pieces from this shop, but have never received such bad service.
