New manager is awesome her name is Barbie. She is so nice and polite. She was very helpful.

Prices are great. Lot's of varying products, not just tobacco. Bought my daughter (a nonsmoker) the coolest black/purple pocket knife that had a handle in the shape of a scorpio. Her favorite color is purple & she's a scorpio so it was perfect. Best collection of vapes and accessories than any other store in town. Customer service is spot on as well. The female employee working with ear gages was extremely rude & not helpful. Very unprofessional. As a salesperson she didn't greet us when we walked in the store and not friendly. Off brand Wild Bill's. Go to Wild Bill's the customer service is 1000x better. Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I went in looking for a particular item and asked if they had it and I got yelled at by a gentleman named David, that it is his store and he can charge what he wants and that it would be too expensive for me to buy. I have given wild wild west a lot of my paychecks and been happy with what i've bought there. today was different. i go in about once every two weeks with my husband. they remember him but always ask for my ID in a very rude way. today when my husband said something about it the manager started raising his voice. he made a female joke about me being too sensitive and i walked out. they lost two customers today. read more

DO NOT give this place your business!! We had the absolute worst experience here. An employee named David rudely asked for our IDs before even saying hello. Once my husband showed his military ID, he had the audacity to refuse the ID, yell at my husband and say "it's disrespectful to show your military ID". I have never in my life heard of such a thing! What gives you the right to even say something so ignorant!? Clearly the employees here have no clue about customer service. We walked out immediately!! They have just lost 6 customers! I was hesitant to go in here based off of the reviews but I went anyways cause that's how I do things lol. First off, they do ask to see ID right when you walk inside. However I don't see why that would be a big deal to anybody because legally they have to see ID before you make a purchase anyways. The lady who was working while I was in the store was very helpful because she had no problem helping me find what I wanted and showing me every color/ design of what I asked her to see. I found what I was looking for so that is good ! The only thing I have to complain about is the prices. I don't know about everything in the store but I know that the two items I bought were over priced, just by a couple of dollars though ! Also my boyfriend said that the guy that was working in the store was giving him a weird look, but I wasn't paying attention so I don't have an opinion ! The store was ok overall. read more
