While I can't speak for the whole company itself, my experience was not great. I called through…read morethe App for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to change a booking on the app and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes, however it took way longer than that (around 45 mins), so I decided to cancel the booking through the app. I couldn't see where the driver was either through the tracker on my phone. So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! I paid out of frustration as their policies do not indicate a $25 charge anywhere ($10, if anything) or that you cannot cancel through the app if you called. https://seveneleventaxi.ca/terms-of-service/ I spoke with customer service and their only reply was that they needed to update their policies. Finally, frustrated we called Beck Taxi and they arrived within 15 minutes - she was on her way 1 1/2 hours after her scheduled appointment time. Of couse this caused her to be late for her specialist appointment. Such poor service - I would never recommend this company!!
