Look no more!! Where do I start.... let me start when I requested my quote. This being the first time i went to Canada i was a little stressed out with the whole transportation to and from the airport /border crossing and hotel. That being said they replied back withing 5 hours of me asking (email sent after midnight). And Lori's reply for the quote started with a joke. That right there captured my interest. Their prices are not the lowest (maybe a 10-20 dollar difference)you will find when looking for transportationto and from, but the service is superb. We comunicated through email and they even expressed that if our flight got delayed it wasnt a problem that they understood and that they were going to be waiting for us. Once we arrived Bob was in the baggage claim waiting for us with our names on a paper. We got our luggage and off we went. On our trip to the hotel he provided us with i sightfull i formation that came very handy during our stay there. He even took us to the lobby to ensure we checked in and all was ok... As per our departure we had a 7am flight and that meant early pick up. They said they were going to be in the hotel at 4:45 and at 4:35 they drove in (please keep in mind all this happened during the ice storm that hit the north east). Add another. 5 stars to the total!!! - 22 July 16 What a wonderful service. As already said in previous reviews John was there at baggage collect, impeccable and ready to help. Bags in the car and whisked away in a clean well presented limo. John drove safely, we purred along to our destination. My wife and I were just going to Niagara from Buffalo airport for a night and we really were impressed with the service from A touch of Class and John. He gave a running commentary on the journey that was interesting. He pointed out points of interest and also gave us suggestions so that we could get the most from the short stay as part of our holiday from Victoria in Australia We made a grave mistake with our choice of hotels (Howard Johnson Closest to the Falls) and could not wait to leave the next day. The company managed to reschedule our pick up to 2 hours earlier and on Johns recommendation we had a nice meal at the Anchor bar in Buffalo airport sampling the famous wings and beef on weck. We will probably never have the need to use them again but I really can not say enough in recommending this company. They are definitely what there name says. read more

My husband and I used Touch of Class from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls Canada on 9/16/15, then from Niagara on the Lake, Canada to Buffalo airport on 9/23/15. We were so pleased. John was waiting for us at baggage pickup in Buffalo. He was well dressed and very professional. He took our bags so I could push my husband's wheelchair. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and gave us a quick tour of the NY side of the Falls before zooming us across the border to our hotel. Same thing on the pickup in Niagara on the Lake. Don was actually 10 minutes early, which was good because it was foggy that morning and we needed a few extra minutes. The Lincoln Town Cars were clean and comfortable, and price very reasonable. Don went in the airport with us in Buffalo to take our bags, so I could push my husband's wheelchair. I would not hesitate to call Touch of Class again if we are in the area. This is a fantastic car service. Our driver John was waiting for us as we entered the baggage claim area in Buffalo. He helped us grab our luggage and whisked us right outside to a waiting car. The vehicle was very clean and perfect for us and we easily installed our granddaughter's car seat. John made our trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada fast and easy. We passed over the border quickly due to John prepping us to have our passports at the ready and had some great tips for our stay. He suggested "Zappi's" for good Italian food at "local's" prices. He was right! And they deliver to your hotel. You can't beat this company...you get a private car waiting, personalized service and all at a very decent price. I highly recommend them! My wife and I used Touch of Class town cars based on reviews and research for getting to Niagara Falls. Glad we did!!! They are amazing. Reliable, classy, and better than a cab. Our driver Don was waiting for us at the baggage pickup. Great guy and very professional. Born and raised there so he knows everything you might need to know about the area. He knew the best route across in to Canada based on wait times at the border. We chatted with him the whole trip, and did I mention our plane arrived just before midnight? He had already had a very busy day but you would never know it by the way we were treated. Same thing on pickup at the Hilton Fallsview on the Canadian side. There early and ready to go. If you fly in to this area use a Touch of Class. It will make your trip so much easier and is very affordable. read more

Excellent service. I received a call from Don prior to our arrival, he was very helpful. They monitored our flight, which was a good thing since our flight was delayed by 5 hours, and when we finally arrived at Buffalo airport, John (driver) was waiting for the 4 of us. It was a comfortable & quick ride to Niagara Falls (Canada side). Got through the border easy, John had told us what to expect for the questions that would be asked. Pick-up from the hotel back to airport was great. Don (driver) took the scenic route, it was a nice drive, and getting through the border was (again) easy. I would definitely use "A Touch of Class Car Service" again. The price was very reasonable! Worth every penny. read more

So I didn't actually use their service but I had to review because I have never experienced the honesty of a business of this caliber...I was arriving at buffalo airport late at night and having trouble finding a shuttle so I called touch of class and the operator advised me they were booked, could squeeze me in but there would be a delay so he provided me with another car service and advised me they could beat his price!! I had an excellent experience with the other car service and kudos for honesty and assistance. When needed I will call them again and pay more just to reward the positive experience in this day of crappy service touch of class was refreshing read more

The folks at A Touch of Class have been simply terrific. I've retained them twice - once was for a trip to the Buffalo Airport, from the Southtowns. They were on time, very courteous, and helpful. The second time was to transport my 80 year old mom from WNY to New Hampshire for a visit - and then to take her back a few days later. My mom is unable to drive and didn't want to fly, so catching a ride was the only way she could visit her grandchildren for the holiday. It was a long haul, but they were very accommodating, they worked with me to find a time that worked for everyone at a fair price. I really can't recommend A Touch of Class enough. read more

My new Wife and I just used A Touch of Class from Buffalo to Niagara Falls Canada. The reviews you see here are totally on par with our experience. The car was immaculate and our driver Jim was very professional and of course knowledgeable about the area. If you are looking for transportation from the airport to your hotel in Niagara Falls I would highly recommend them instead of trying to get on a shared Shuttle bus. It made our trip to and from the airport more personal. When we return I will definitely be calling A Touch of Class again because their service is above and beyond any cab or shuttle service. read more

Wonderful car service. John picked us up at Buffalo Airport to take us to Niagara Falls in Canada. He showed us points of interest along the drive and offered advice on where to go. We wrote everything down and did just what he said. He was a gentleman, and we had a great time On the way back to the airport Don picked us up at the hotel. He drove us back a different way through Buffalo and was so informative along the way. Both of these men were so nice, real gentlemen, on time, and helpful. We would highly recommend them. We used A Touch of Class when flying into Buffalo over Labor Day weekend. They had very fair prices for shuttling us up to Niagara Falls. Their drivers were very professional, and the SUV's they used were very clean. We even had a ride back from the Falls at 4:45 am and the driver was waiting for us as we got downstairs. We flew in from NYC to buffalo airport. Flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs but the driver was waiting for us as we arrived. Nice car and great friendly driver, gave us lots of facts and tips on the drive to Niagara Falls, Ontario. Highly recommended and would use again. read more
