What a terrible experience. Damaged my car…read more This place does a lot of high end cars, so I thought it would be trustworthy. The owner assured me of how great their reputation is, but they did a TERRIBLE ROOKIE JOB. Chipped the clearcoat off my car (a huge piece), left wax all over the car, and did not to any real 'detailing'. Owner said because my car was repainted improperly in the past, their cleaning took off the clearcoat. They should have known better. I've been washing it for 3 years and there was never a problem. They said that the left over wax was 'normal' and exposes itself. I took it to the dealership and they laughed and said they would never accept a car that was that poorly detailed. Outside of paying for the detail, it cost me $400 to repaint. The owner said he would give me my money back because he has an outstanding 'reputation' and doesn't need the money. When I came to pick it up, he would only give me 1/2 ! He went back on his word. That really upset, outside of his rudeness and inability to be accountable and accept responsibility. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I drive an 2010 Acadia SUV…read morewhich I use daily and more often than not carry 4x8 foot sheets of drywall, plywood, lumber, cement bags, Christmas trees etc, etc.. because I have been doing some renovations to my place for a few years. It gets quite dirty but I vacuum often to try and maintain it. Over the course of the past few years the seats have become stained with coffee, yogurt, encrusted drywall dust from my dirty pants, and who knows what else. The rear sidewalls of the interior have been scratched up with drywall and plywood as I try to cram them in. I have tried everything to remove these white scuff marks with little success and I am anal (I've been told). To cut a long story short: I finally decided to get the seats shampooed and the interior cleaned professionally. I asked around and decided to give Diamond Shine a shot since they were close to my home. We settled on $200.00 to clean the interior and I was told to come back in about 4-5hours. Upon my return I can say I was BLOWN AWAY!!! The interior of my car looked as though it was brand new. Carpets and seats had been shampooed and vacuumed. They looked brand new. The dash and inside doors were not only clean but sparkling. The vent slats, cup holders, all the compartments between the seats and on doors, the hidden trunk in the back including the scratched up areas looked as good as the day it was new. They even cleaned all the rubber seals in the doors and also the inside door pillars. They lifted the hood to show me my engine compartment which was sparkling clean with all the dust and dirt removed. It looked showroom fresh! My glove compartment and hidden trunk had been emptied of all the junk one accumulates over the years and scrubbed clean. All the exterior plastic trim on the bumpers and doors which had faded over the years looked brand new. My tires and rims had been done as well. All of this was over and above what I had expected. I may be ranting a bit but seriously I will be back and will bring my wife's car in this coming spring. I may even return in the nicer weather to get my car waxed and the little scratches in the paint buffed out. Thank you Michael for going beyond my expectations. You do wonderful work.

Lily kept saying it was going to be sparkling clean! And she was going to have a surprise for me all for $200. I was so excited I dropped it off at 9:30 and said I'll be back at 2:30. I happened to be there a bit early and I was willing to wait. She was so upset I was early!! In the end the inside was clean but she said she didn't do the ceiling because I rushed her. They didn't even wash my car just rubbed wax on it and they didn't even run the wax in!! I can see the dead bugs on my sunroof! The only reason there's even a star is because I have to in order to write this review.

I have three words for OCG Detailing - Do Not Hesitate!…read more I did extensive research on ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film aka clear bra), and agonized for weeks on getting both done. I read all the pros and cons, the process, maintenance, and the cost, until my eyes stung! We even met several detailers to see their work, and gain a better understanding. When I called Ivan to arrange a time to meet, he told us to come and have a look at a car that had both processes done. First off, Ivan is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about detailing. He is humble, non-judgmental and unfazed by reviews. He feels personal references and word of mouth are more important, and I totally agree. We were excited to see the car he was near completing, and were blown away by what we saw, the meticulous detailed workmanship that goes into applying PPF and ceramic coating. I thought I was detail-oriented, until I met Ivan! He sees flaws that most people do not with the human eye. He is very particular, and takes great pride in detailing. I knew he would take care of my husband's baby - LOL! Ivan's auto shop is clean, modern, and spotless, with bright spotlights in the working areas. More importantly, cars are kept inside, and there is ample space to work on each one. I had done my research on the top three PPF products: 3M, XPEL and STEK. I thought I had narrowed it down to XPEL, but after discussing it with Ivan, we chose to go with STEK. For the ceramic coating, Ivan uses Opti-Coat, and is an authorized installer. I have to say, we felt very reassured with Ivan, but I was still nervous. I had a gazillion questions, and Ivan always answered all my texts. He even called us to ask if we had time to stop by; there were a few spots on our SUV that were questionable, and he wanted to let us know. He kept us informed throughout the seven-day process! Yes, you heard right! Ivan worked on our SUV for one full week! He sent us videos of the progress, and on the day it was finished, it looked unbelievably stunning. He went over what was done, explained the care, maintenance and warranty, and had us inspect our SUV once again, in broad daylight. The two processes are very pricey, so it is best to understand the maintenance and commitment required. I know we made the right choice, but more importantly, we found a fantastic detailer that put 110% percent into making us happy. Thanks so much to Ivan and his team!

My boyfriend and I needed a car wash before a photoshoot with out cars and decided to book the…read morebasic wash with OCG. The wash took 1 hour for each car and we were so surprised at the quality of exterior clean the basic wash had! Of course the outside of the car was very sparkling clean, but the details like within our tires and door jams were also extremely clean. I loved that they dried the car thoroughly to ensure there were no watermarks or drips as you would drive away - mainly happens in the trunk or mirror cap area, but these areas were really well dried and cleaned. They even ask how we thought of the wash before we took delivery of the service - 10/10 recommend and will be going back in the future!

Fast forward to 2024. Finally gave up my beloved car of 15 years. Took my new to me car (5 years…read moreold) for a ceramic coating. Michael coordinating everything. Micheal kept me up to date on the process and ensured the car was indoors long enough to let the coating cure. The results were spectacular! I can't give them enough praise.

I took it in for a Platinum Detailing. got one day turn around and the truck truly looks brand in inside and out. The paint stains are completely gone. the entire truck looks and smells fresh and like new. highly recommended.

The car that my friend brought in was absolutely filthy. It has salt stains, cigarette Ash all over…read morethe floor the dash well let's just say they they had never washed the outside or even taken care of the inside at all. The shop looked like a true professional work there because he had the tools of the trade. He was very clear on the work that he was going to do and how long it was going to take. He was very personable and finish the project and the amount of time he quoted. I would highly recommend the interior cleaning as you can see from the pictures I posted that he does an amazing job
