Waiting area had coffee, tea, wifi, magazines to read and a heater to keep warm when it gets cold. Got my 2008 Civic detailed for $150 (Silver Pakcage). I had minor pet hairs so that was an additional $20 (Ancil said pet hairs are normally $40). Frankly I didn't think there was much pet hairs to warrant an additional fee. I don't even own a dog nor has a dog ever been in my car. After 4hours the car was ready. He gave me a call and when I arrived to pick up, everything was perfect. The car was impeccable. I swear it's never been this clean. Probably nicer than getting a new car. I swear I was ready to take be beat up '08 Civic to the auto show. I would recommend this shop for your detailing services. Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. (Very deceiving when photos are taken from 3ft+ away...a simple car wash and it'll look good) Paint was shiny, I'll give 'em that...but nowhere close to what I was promised or even expected. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Just my luck...Guess they put the new guy or the disgruntled employee on my car.

Cons Interior works needs at least 4 to 6 hours as their is drying time involved. I dropped off my car at 8:30am and picked up in the late afternoon. For first time customers, $20 deposit is needed.
