Good authentic Mexican food, for sure! But the best in this place is the modern look and cosmopolitan sense it has - everything is built and organized with the most attention and you can notice the mix of inspirations. Absolute great tacos and even bolder flavor cocktails. The cocktails are mostly tequila and mezcal based with a modern twist. We tried most of the vegetarian options - all of their tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and a couple more things. Drinks could be a little bit bigger to be honest. Price was quite rough for Mexican food, but at the same time it's understandable, there aren't too many places where the food is as authentic. Love the massive range of fresh salsas they give you to try with the meal. Besides that, you will also find the best staff and playlists in Lisbon here. If you like Mexican food and trendy places you can't miss one. During our one week of stay in Lisbon we went to this place for dinner twice. After a long tourist day I came here and staff was so friendly. I really liked that you get a "starter" (Nachos) and a bottle of water for free. Hell, yes. We do need this in Germany as well. ;) Food was very delicious. And I tried a dessert, even when I am not a big fan of desserts. However, what I saw on the menu was not to ignored. I ordered a glas (I didn't know in advance that this is actually for 2) with avocado with chocolate and nuts. Sounds weird, isn't it? But worth to try. It was really delicious. :) So from my point of view 5 stars are totally fine. Just go there and check it out.

I came on a weekend so there were tents set up by artists and vendors in a large area which made the day even more interesting. It feels a little to me like a condensed version of the Arts District in LA. It is very busy on the weekend, but worth it to navigate just so you can see all the tents of vendors. We ate at Chickinho (pronounced chickeen-yo) because I really was craving some grilled chicken with piri piri oil. This spot specializes in chicken, especially grilled chicken with piri piri. We ordered the whole chicken, got a deliciious red cabbage coleslaw, and some wedge potato fries and a tomato/cucumber/onion salad. Everything was just so fresh and tasty. The piri piri oil was already at the bottom of the dish that the chicken came on so we just kept dipping the pieces of chicken in there and wow was it addicting. I couldn't stop thinking about this meal for a couple of days and really wanted to go back again, but we opted to try another spot that was well known for their piri piri chicken. I have to say overall, I still enjoyed Chickinho the most because of the sides and how well they seasoned and cooked the chicken. And I really liked their piri piri oil.

My parents like their chicken tacos but we were all disappointed by the rice, which could have been cooked a bit longer. Overall though, not the worst tacos I've had in my life.
