I had my fence replaced by this company because they had done the same job on my adjacent neighbor's fence. I instructed them to continue with my fence. They completed the job in about 6-8 hours, whereas it took 2 full days for my neighbor's fence. After 2 days, one post was curved, which they claimed was natural. However, 5-6 posts were moving because they did not use enough concrete. They also failed to clean up, leaving nails scattered around. After 8 months, I had to screw the fences myself because they were not appropriately nailed. I will not recommend them. They may have done a poor job on my fence because of my skin color, whereas my neighbor, who is white, received better service. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. We discovered a leak in our metal roof near one of our Velux Sun Tunnels and got the name of Guarantee from Velux's web site as a factory recommended installer. Their estimator came to our house and after checking the roof, described the work that they would do to effect a repair and said he'd be sending me an estimate in a few days. Three weeks later I sent the estimator an email asking if they had forgotten about us. Almost a week after that he emailed me back saying he had gone on vacation after his visit to my house, and then had gotten sick. He further said that his boss told him that they didn't want to repair a roof that they hadn't installed. What a crock. According to their web site, I guess if "you're looking to repair your existing roof" Guarantee is the "company you can trust with all your roofing needs" means we'll only repair roofs that we install. So now I'm looking for another company to repair my roof after a delay of a month and several rainfalls. This is no way to run a company and no way to treat potential customers. The people who answer the phone should ask if Guarantee installed their roof before sending an estimator. Leaving someone swinging in the wind for a month is pretty shabby as well. How this company has remained in business after a hundred years is beyond me. read more

Zach and his team went above and beyond with not only the quality of workmanship but also his professional communication. Zach made it a point to make sure my family was 100% comfortable with ever part of the process and was very patient while working with insurance companies. This is an updated review. I gave high praise....before having to deal with the financing. If you are financing ANY amount....do not use this company. I have a credit rating of 803.... Put down $10,000... was only financing $4,000. It took 4 trips to the office... and I finally had to take my full sales closing statement of the house...which I have owned 3 years.... Before they would approve it. Unbelievable. i recommended them to my sister for a fence.... She has had problems with boards bowing so much her huskies could get out....so she has to put up the old fence chain link panels against the brand new fence in order to keep dogs in, she has called multiple times... was told to send email...with pics...which she did.. I reported it one of the many times I had to go to the office for financing paperwork. Nothing.... It's like crickets!! Once it's done...you are on your own!!! I've had to buy extra hardware for my fencing because the main gate is in such bad shape my dogs can push right through it. What a shame....thought they were good...recommended them...sorry I did now. read more

Guarantee was great to work with. We asked for an inspection since I was worried we may have storm damage after the last big storm that came though. Friendly customer service and true professionals. I called several roofing companies the morning after we had a had bad wind storm, sadly no one could come fix our fascia and soffit that came loose. (It was beating against the house every time the wind would blow.) I called Guarantee Roofing and the sweet lady that answered the phone and told me that she would do her best to get someone to our house by the afternoon. By 1PM, 2 nice gentleman arrived and immediately started working to make the repairs we needed. While they were here, I asked them if they would mind looking at our roof from where it had been leaking previously. They didn't even hesitate to look. He told me what the problem was and that he would talk to his boss and they would send me an email with an estimate. The very next morning, the boss called me and said that they could come out today to do the repairs that need to be done to the roof. I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about this company.
