Matt got the ball rolling and we got a brand new roof in 2016. In March 2018 we had a few singles in the front peak edge buckle and a squirrel chewed a hole in the flashing. Matt sent a few Poplar Roofing crew members out and they removed the buckled shingles & replaced them with new. They also repaired the squirrel hole in the flashing. We were not charged for this repair as the roof was under Poplar's guarantee & he had the squirrel hole covered in good faith. We were extremely pleased with our new roof in 2016 & continue to be very satisfied with Poplar Roofing's promise to fix any future issues with their work.

Two weeks later I called and was told someone would call me when the cap was ready. Last week I called and was told Greg was on a "leave of absence." I then talked to Scott Lough, who said he'd look into it and get back to me (he didn't). I just learned from Scott that the cap was never ordered. This business is a joke.
