They now no longer accept that online payment system and their new online payment system requires a $6 dollar fee each time. Moved out of town so paying in person isn't an option.

Once you're approved you should be approved, but not at Choice One! I always thought Credit Unions were here to help the local people. I ended up closing my accounts & went back to my other bank, which is further away, but treats me like a real person - a person with credit & financial needs. All I got from Choice One was empty promises just so I'd move all my accounts to them. I wish I could rate this place with '0' stars, but you have to give at lease one, but consider this really a ZERO!
