The problems started shortly after I received my taxes. They supposedly emailed me a confirmation that my taxes was filed and a link with my tax information. I never received an email, leaving me to contact them regarding the email I was suppose to receive and the conversation went nowhere. They basically told me there was nothing that they can do. The year of 2020 a stimulus check was released due to covid I never received my stimulus check on the date I was suppose to receive it. I had to call them multiples of times to figure out as to why I haven't received it on the date i was suppose to receive it. They gave me the run around and I had to call them for days before I received it. In the year of 2020 we received another stimulus check but they weren't pushed out until the year of 2021. I called them regarding my second stimulus check because again I haven't received it on the date I was suppose to receive it. Again here I am having to call them a few times before they told me that they now don't handle stimulus refunds but a company who they file our taxes through called "refundo" handles our stimulus checks. They directed me to "Refundo's" contact information to be told that my stimulus check was sent back from my bank and they had to mail a paper check. I waited 2 months and I still did not receive my paper check. Long story short I had to file it on my taxes because I never received it. I wouldn't advise anyone to go through this company nor would ever advise anyone to go through refundo either. It's a bunch of confusion and they do not know what their doing. They have a lack of communication skills. Their unprofessional when dealing with customers with their tone of voice. Their service is terrible. You will be left unsatisfied. The company that they file your taxes through is even worse. I believe their stealing their customers taxes and stimulus checks. I even failed to mention that when I did look to check "where's my stimulus" on their website there was a $35 service fee that was token out of my stimulus check. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE COMPANIES! UPDATE: shortly after I left my review I received a phone call from the owner of the company calling from (215) area code The first thing I felt among me answering my phone was the hostility in her voice, trying to explain to me about their services and who handles stimulus checks. Of course when anyone calls your phone hostile, your going to get hostile back so I stopped her where she was at and told her don't call my phone with that tone of voice. She called me a ignorant BITCH and hung up. Then after she hung up she texted my phone accusing me of calling her a bitch first to justify her calling me out of my name as a business owner. The conversation would have been different had she called my phone apologizing about the experience I had then proceeding to explain to me calmly about who handles the stimulus checks. It's obvious she lacks comprehension because if she read throughly she would have noticed the part where I stated the company "refundo" the bank they file our taxes through did not issue my stimulus check in which the end result was me filing on my 2021 taxes. read more
