I visited this thrift store on a weekday afternoon. It is in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking. I was looking for chairs, but they had very little furniture of any kind, so I had a look around. The store is well marked and clean. I was surprised at the prices. They are higher than the other stores I go to so I didn't buy much. I think I will stick with my other stores. read more

I have donated here a couple of times. The young guy with the cap is always very nice and helpful and the young lady too! I recently went inside to shop for the first time and it was very well organized and clean. They had a nice array of products like furniture, clothes, toys, and housewares. The prices were decent. This is a nice thrift store that does a good deed, but the younger red bearded man that receives your items is not a very nice person. I've dropped off items so many times, and he's Never pleasant. Really? Does it hurt to be kind? Just be forewarned. read more

I travel at least twice once a month from Fayetteville, NC since the thrift stores in Faye are no good. I leave very close to a Goodwill in town and I will still travel near an hour just to shop. The place is very organized and clean. I have nerves bought an item that is just broken. The merchandise I have bought was either new or in great condition. I love the fact that most prices are visible and if you buy electronics the store tested before putting it on the floor for sale. They have separated the women, a huge bridal gown/cocktail dresses section, household goods, decorating items, books and jewelry into one huge store. A separate shop for children and a separate store for electronics, lamps, toolsets, vacuums, cds, videos cooking appliances etc. I never get disappointed. There are many wealthy people living around here so what is trash for them for others are treasure. read more

This is a fun little thrift shop with clothing, accessories, jewelry and household goods. The store smells really good and the signage displays the prices and items easily and accurately. They have neat glassware. The clothes are sorted by size and color so easy to browse. I found a nice jacket and am glad a friend recommended this shop. read more

Not an exciting thrift store but worth a visit if that is what you enjoy .Clothing prices are mid-range for the local thrift stores .Jewelry a little high .Very very clean and neat.Usually has one furniture item marked " SOLD" that I would have enjoyed buying . This store is amazing, if you love thrift stores...then this is the store for you! It's an hour drive from my house but it's so worth it. The store is huge. It has a great selection of items and also has a children's store next door. The price point is the best I've seen for thrift store prices. If you buy so many items you get 1 free. Guardian Angels is a nice thrift store that must have sprung out of nowhere; or maybe I'm way overdue for an eye exam. In either case, I'm glad I found my way inside. As I walked in, the first thing I noticed were the women's tops, sorted by color. It was a little unusual, but really made for an eye-catching rainbow effect. The next thing I noticed was how big it seemed. There was plenty of room to explore and, as some customers were doing, move a shopping cart down the aisles without crowding out everyone else. The larger furniture is against one wall, and as I walked around the perimeter, I passed the mirrors, headboards, bookcases, children's toys, kitchen items, books, vinyl records (some really good finds in that area), linens, jewelry, accessories, and then interesting, high-end items. In the middle of the store is the clothing. Other than the sorting by color, the clothes are generally sorted by gender and adult/child, by item and then with a range of sizes on one long rack. As with the nicer thrift stores, everything was in great shape and in some cases, close to new. One of the nicest things about Guardian Angels is that it donates profits to support Alzheimer's Research. Shopping here is a win-win all around. read more

Covid has been rough on most people. Instead of being sad I've taking up looking for treasures. One of the first places I found was this thrift store. It is such a gem. You never know what you will find here. So far I've found a beautiful vintage London fog coat that would retail for $185 (paid no where close to that) and a nice Tory Burch bag . Update: After seeing GA's response, I am happy to know they are a nonprofit. I don't typically expect a thrift store to have a website but they do and that is where you can read about their non profit status Makes me very happy! I will stop back by. This thrift store is big but a lot of pace is devoted to home furnishings. I think the prices are too high for most of the brands they carry. The worst part though is that the dressing rooms are awful! Way too small. Also they limit you to only 4 items at a time. They may be overly concerned about theft. If so, they need to create dressing rooms to back of store and make at least 4 instead of 2. I may be wrong but this is not a non profit. They are fir profit and donate a small portion to Alzheimer's research. Not sure if customers realize this. If they are non profit I would suggest they advertise thus more clearly. Whomever they have pricing there eletronics in insane used electronics they received as donations priced 33% higher than ebay 29.99 for a five year old netgear n600 a router that's sub $10 on ebay and can be had for $39 brand new on Amazon and xbox 360s for 99 when you can buy them with games two controllers and a kinetic for 65 come on people that's pretty insulting to the people that are donating there stuff the xbox 360s are only $54 at gamestop come on read more

I've always loved this store - both locations but, WOW they've jacked up the prices recently. You can still find some fun bargains here and there but it's not like it used to be. Most costume jewelry used to be $1-$2 and now it's $6.50. Clothing tops are right at $5 for basic short sleeve cotton top.....you can get brand new for the same or less at Kohl's, Target, etc. THis is why people don't go to Goodwill as much. If you are looking for a place to get mid century modern furniture, lamps, etc... or basically anything vintage. Go here! I also purchased 3 quilts and bedspread from pottery barn in immaculate condition for $50 (for all of them!) Highly recommend and the cause they stand for is close to my heart. Pretty nice place, friendly workers, but some items were pricey. I looked at an outdated but cheap plastic globe my daughter wanted, but at 10.00, I thought it was over-priced. The same for some of the kitchenware. I loved a utensil crock for the kitchen, but it really wasnt worth 8.00. Wilton cake pans for 5.00! Many casserole dishes too were between 7-10.00, which is high for a thrift store. I went back a month later and the same kitchen items were there, making me think I'm not the only one who feels they're over-priced. Seemed more like consignment prices than thrift. No toys to be found-again! My daughter did find a cute top for 3.00-not bad. read more

I want to start by saying I am a frequent shopper at your location. The causes is very dear and closest to my heart. I have love ones with is type of disease. It's a good feeling knowing where my donations and money are going. Two years ago I had an situation with your female manager about a ring in the case with no price. We all know anything without tag is three dollars inside the case.She gave me a hard time and started talking about how someone remove the tag or how it came of. She could not sale me the ring and it had to be reprice by the owner and it would not be right to sale it to me and loss money even if I am a regular shopper and spend money there. These are her words not mind.I couldn't believe my ears on what was going on and how badly I was treated.Two weeks later I go back and they reprice the ring from three dollars to twelve by the owner and they wanted to know if I still wanted the ring! What a joke.I had a conversation about how I felt and how miss treated I was with Mark he calm me and reminded me of why I shop there. He also said not to take it personal. Very nice worker.Today 1/8/20 around 4:45 pm you can look in your camera yes now you have camera and see it happen again with the necklaces I was buying. One was from the case at three dollars and the other three were on the one dollar rack and other was behind the register on the wall was three dollar. We know the jewelry out in the floor are five dollars or less.Its was not from the case she should of sold me the necklace for five dollars.She said the price was remove and the necklace can't be sold to me.She said for me to give her my number but she doesn't now when the necklace would be price and it would take a long time.This is not a good way to do business and it was the same manager. Its sad. I work with the public in sales and if our price is wrong we take the loss we would never make our customer feel bad or give them a hard time.It's not good for business. read more

I really like the Guardian Angel Thrift store in Fuquay so I decided to check this one out when I was in the area. It is a large store (although not as large as the Fuquay store) and cleaner than most thrift stores in the Raleigh area. there is a large selection of various items and I thought the prices were reasonable. Awesome store with an even greater staff! They are always extremely friendly and helpful. The store is very organized with new merchandise coming in all the time. Very reasonably priced and can even find incredible deals when the items get marked down. I have bought bar stools, rocking chairs, wine glasses, books and more, and have not been disappointed with the quality. I LOVE that the proceeds go to fund Alzheimer's Research and Respite Care in North Carolina. Makes me feel good to donate and buy items from this store! I definitely recommend it! read more

Wonderful store to shop in. Items are arranged neatly and the staff is very helpful. Clothing has many name brands and all are in great condition. You can find furniture, china, picture frames. albums as well as clothing and a large variety of books and jewelry. The store itself is spacious and never cluttered.
