I think everyone at this branch spoke English and Spanish and were friendly. There are plenty of drive-thru banking lanes and tellers. But given we were going in, we had to park in the lot. The lot is the only real negative as its a weird shape adjoining a alley with the alley and the lot not well defined. There are only a 5-6 parking spots, but we were lucky to find one. If I had back to this branch, I'd likely just find a spot on the street.

I went to Walgreens to use the cash station and it took my card but the screen was just black after…read moremany attempts so I figured the machine is bad so I look for the closest Chase bank and this was the one. I drive up to the cash station and I put my card in and I never got a pin screen and a message that the machine can not dispense any cash, WTF are all the ATMs down so I walk in. The tellers are busy so I'm waiting like five minutes and a couple walk up to the ATM and start using it and I think good luck, after a few minutes I hear money coming out, WTF I have been waiting for a teller all this time and this ATM works when the others didn't. I finally get to a teller and I ask whats up with the ATMs not working and she has no clue but she says there should not be any Chase ATMs In any Walgreens because they were all taken out, that explains the dead one I experienced. This Chase location was a super depressing looking branch with a small a room with 4 bullet proof windows, very ghetto looking but this ATM worked. I'm used to ghetto bullet proof glass places in my foodie travels but not from a branch of my bank. The two staff that I encountered were super friendly but I didn't like the ghettoness of this branch and I will probably not use this branch again.

An employee noticed my frustration and took care of me before I walked out. Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful even though I was frustrated. I guess I never heard of a cashless branch.... it felt like going to a butcher who doesn't have any meat.

Wow! So my dad passed away and I started the process to close his account as instructed.... that…read morewas 2 months ago. I currently reside in Texas so it's kinda difficult. Anywho I called today to see why I hadn't heard anything to learn US Bank never closed the account or did anything. We still have a large unpaid funeral bill and who knows if my Dad's account is now overdrawn from auto pays. And the lady on the phone was really inconsiderate and rude. Didn't even say I'm sorry for your loss or anything, I wish I remembered her name but I'm too Pissed to recall not to mention calling customer service was a joke. The teller, the person who is there to assist you, tries to get you to use the video teller for everything. I used it once and the video teller screamed all my business out to the entire bank. Also they did not ask any security questions. I returned today and asked to just speak to a real person. The teller gave me attitude, muttering under her breath. She then handed me my cash, did not count it out or put it in an envelope. I am extremely frustrated by their service.
