Requested a quote for fencing around our home, took a long time to respond, so I reached out again…read more Got us on the schedule, they claim they came out to do the quote but my husband was outside all morning watching for them at the scheduled time. No one ever came. Got a call a couple hours later that the guy was there but "didn't see anyone home." Was vague when providing details about the quote and said that he would send the final cost over to us by around noon that day. It's been two weeks and we've heard nothing, I sent them another message a week ago, and still nothing. Disappointing.

Accepted bid and they completed the gate on schedule. Gate build quality is very good. Much heavier duty than I had expected which is great. Install crew was careful, efficient and effective. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work from Vinewood Hardscapes. The fence installation had…read moremultiple workmanship issues that should have been caught before the job was considered complete. The biggest problem is that the gates do not line up properly when they close, making them difficult to use. Both gate latches also fail to close correctly. I even asked them to fix one latch because it was originally installed on the outside of the fence, but it still doesn't function properly after their attempt to correct it. The overall craftsmanship is poor. The spacing between the fence boards is inconsistent throughout the entire fence, with some gaps much wider than others. It gives the fence an unprofessional appearance and makes it obvious that little attention was paid to detail. I expected much better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.
