I am currently still waiting for that phone call so I may update this review depending on how it goes. For a company that boasts all of their 5 star reviews on their website it sure hasn't seemed like a 5 star experience for me so far. Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven't gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further . Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I'll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

We called about 8 different roofing companies to see if we could get it the roof tarped first, and replaced after that. Double R was the company who not only called us back promptly...within 5 minutes...they came out within the HOUR to tarp it in order to prevent further damage on the weekend! They were one of 2 companies who even bothered to call back. The second company didn't serve Yakima and they called back the next day! Now to the roof. What an amazing job and at an incredible price. These guys showed up and never stopped working for days! They also included gutters and they look so sharp. It's beautiful, and our heat pump has slowed down so much! The quality has kept our home toasty....with a high quality 40 year roof. I have dealt with a lot of contractors. I know the games that some of them will play. Not these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone. If it matters, I am a female and have often had contractors dismiss me, especially if my husband is nearby. This was not the case here at all. No starter strip and billed for a 40 year shingle and installed bottom dollar. Exposed nails, no flashing etc. I do not recommend this company. I can lift the front shingle on the roof and see particle boards.
