Rob, the technician I have met, is always friendly and obviously highly competent. Early last night my furnace died in the middle of a spell of sub-freezing temperatures. I woke up this morning with a -2 degree temperature outside and the furnace was not working…read moreproperly. The thermometer in the kitchen read 51 degrees. I called Gery heating at 7:30 AM and left a message for help (they open at 8:00) I got a return call at exactly 8:01 and a service crew was scheduled for 8:30. They arrived as promised. The two technicians were polite and kept me informed of the issues and within an hour diagnosed the problem, bad blower motor card, and had it fixed. I am 100% satisfied.
