They have just refused to renew our insurance because they say we failed to arrange for a home inspection. Despite their claim that the inspector phoned 3 times to make an appointment, we have no record that he did so. Nor did we receive any warning notice before the arrival of the notice of nonrenewal. When spoken with on the phone, they simply restated their claim that the inspector had reached out even though we can find no evidence that he did either by voicemail, text, email, or regular mail.
