Understand that the buyer gets to pay for the legal fees while Jason peruses additional unnecessary information. Then the buyer gets to pay for the legal fees for the other lawyer to prepare the information for Jason's perusal. Who doesn't love paying double legal fees unnecessarily? Also, the requests for additional info delayed the funding and dramatically increased the stress involved in what should have been a simple transaction. And the invoice was MUCH higher than Gowlings. DO NOT USE this firm for real estate transactions.
