I am trying to locate these people to bring suit. Though it was the previous owners who had the inspection done a year ago...they are still liable for not advising of the situation. They are possibly the worst home inspection outfit you can use...avoid at all costs. I have tried to resolve this but the owner has not answered their phone nor responded to any of my messages.
