I enjoy little personal touches. In the lobby they have snacks and a nice selection of cold drinks. They also have merch like T-shirts, hats, gun accessories. They also have local honey, cashews... homemade dog collars and leashes - good stuff! I bought myself a hat, love it! They have a nice high quality colorful detailed map of the property, which I thought was nice. I do better with visual rather than verbal directions. As for the lanes - they are very clean, they have fans for airflow, tables and chairs. Perfect place to hang out and bring a lunch. Best part they are completely covered with full shade! The RSO mentioned that they also spray for bee's and wasps so I didn't see any flying around, even with food out, That in itself was fantastic! In the men's bathroom they have a AK-47 toilet plunger. Thought that was pretty funny! Love the humor and personal touches! I also wanted to add that my personal gun for some reason wasn't ejecting the bullets each time I was firing. I went ahead and broke it down - put more oil on the spring .... Still didn't work. The RSO that drives around took a look at my gun and tried figuring it out. Unfortunately I need to take my new gun back to Scheels, it's not working properly and it has us all stumped... But that was cool that he took time out and he tried helping me. The charge was made the day before I came in. They are refusing to reimburse the funds. Probably not illegal, but certainly not the kind of place I'd ever want to do business with again. But the warning signs were there from the beginning. They don't publish their prices on their website. In fact, you don't learn about the costs until you bring your child in for a sample class. At this sample class they tell you that you get a special deal on signing up if you do it by the end of that day. Again, none of illegal, but certainly not transparent and I experienced it as manipulative. Another parent told me that when the aftercare program shut down b/c of Covid they refused to refund her the money she had prepaid to sign up for a full school year. The cost of the program was significant to my family--if I'd known about their questionable practices I never would have signed up, so I want all of you to have all the information before you decide to do business with them.

I have always had great experiences with all of them. Unfortunately, I have been to this location at least 4 times with my daughter, and every time we had to go get it redone by a professional. I have another chance a couple of times due to knowing they are students and that's the chance you take. Today my daughter went for a haircut and I'm not sure what in the world happened she asked for a trim and for the worst botched job I will most likely have to cut her hair all the way to above her shoulders just to make it even. She is not thrilled about it. At this point, I must say it is definitely in the teachings and not enough guidance or overlooked by the student's instructors. It's very unfortunate.
