Jerry told me that he would send someone over in the next day or two, it was the next day and Andrew had the outlet up and running in less than and hour. Yes this was not a big job, but the customer service I received was unbelievable for this area. Both Jerry and Andrew were very knowledgeable about their trade and I feel that Andrew could have done a lot less to make me as pleased as I am, felt like he was doing it the way he would want someone do it for him. Finally and most important, I had bids from a total of two companies and the bid and final cost from In-Phase was $1,620 less than the first bid. I believe the first electrician was trying to take advantage of this older person.

The first electrician very clearly had no idea what he was doing. Second the clueless electrician spent the first hour (their minimum billing time) wondering all over my home checking every outlet trying to find some mysterious GFI that just had to be the issue. Eventually he leaves (to pick up another electrician who knows what he is doing to some extent as well as a suitable ladder). The other electrician fixes the outlet and they poorly hang the fixture before being asked to leave after another hour as to not a waste anymore time or money. $160 for one hour of actual work. Never ever again will I do business with this company and recommend others not to as well.
