My experience hasn't been amazing at this location. On one visit, I knew exactly what I wanted and I had the item number. This location did not have the item I wanted in stock. The associate was not very receptive with the idea of trying to help me find it at another location. She finally looked it up in the computer and told me it was available at the London flagship location on Sloan. I asked for contact information and she said she didn't have it. Other luxury designers at LHR will get you any item you want and have it available at the airport for you. Gucci will not provide this convenience. When I contacted the Sloan Street location, I was told they didn't have the item I wanted to purchase. This store is small and inventory is very limited. This store has been out of stock or out of a size almost every time I have shopped there. The associates at Terminal 4 where fantastic. I cannot say the same about the store at Terminal 3. I have been back several times and this location was closed for several months due to a remodel. They had a sign to visit the temporary location but I couldn't find it. The store is now open and remodeled. I purchased an item but the associate packaged it up and gave me the wrong item. The associate who assisted me (on my return visit) with the exchange was very helpful but it always seems their processes are slow and they don't realize their customers have flights to catch. Since I have Gucci-addiction, there are several items I want to purchase but they are always out-of-stock and they don't know when the inventory will be replenished.
