It could be a one off thing but I would advise everyone who is buying a car from here to be aware of my situation: Around mid-May 2022, I booked the 2023 Elantra. A month from then in June I was told I was in queue around #680 Around mid-July 2022, I get a message from the dealer that I am #183 in queue. Last week, I got a call saying my car is ready. I asked for the bill of sale and I saw that they tried to sneak in a 2022 Elantra without informing me that I am getting an older version and not what I had booked. Upon confrontation, they played the classic blame game where they pretended as if no one knows who ordered the wrong car. Today I get a message saying that I am again in queue for the 2023 Elantra, this time my no. in the queue is #472. I got bumped from 183 in July 2022 to 472 in August 2022. Can anyone, even with a pea sized brain take that for an answer? End result: Order cancelled. Still awaiting refund. P.S.: this was supposed to be a trade-in deal. My car has depreciated in value in past 3 months. Please be aware of my situation before committing anything with them. read more

I bought a used Toyota Sienna at Guelph Hyundai less than a month ago. I took it to my mechanic's today because it smelled like burning oil. The engine is completely caked in sludge. It will likely need to be completely replaced. They will not do anything to help me with this situation. I've no problem with my car or the service, but the shuttle drivers' voice is so loud I felt I was being tackled against the passenger door. I am not the only person who has commented on the volume of his voice. I was so physically shaken that I had to sit in the car lot for 10 minutes before I felt safe to drive home. read more

Though I did not purchase a car here, if car purchases were based on service alone, Hyundai would definitely have my business. My salesman was the exact opposite of the "pushy salesman" stereotype. He came across as kind, knowledgable and funny. I would definitely recommend this particular dealership if you are considering Hyundai for your next car. read more
