Submitting these complaints was justified at the time as my credit restoration company advised me of these exact derogatory marks. I would have never made such claims against any former employer if they had not guided me in doing so. I have been dealing with this company for 3 months now, after learning of this huge mistake on their part I've tried to cut ties only to be threatened with collections. I had to withdraw all complaints I filed with the BBB AND DOJ and apologize to my former boss for the accusations. All this company could say was they were sorry for the misunderstanding and that I worked at that job when the negative reporting on my credit was applied, finally admitting to me, well after the fact and only after I made several calls trying to understand what the actual truth was. Now without merit will not allow me to discontinue their services nor allowing me to speak with a supervisor or manager to resolve my concerns. My credit on the direct bureaus is different than what is reflected on their dashboard provided. Now they want to send me to collections causing more issues with possible credit repair. I can't believe I ever trusted them. I'm worse off than what I was when I first started and needed their help. I was promised the backing of a law firm and they can't even advise when the law firm steps in, don't fall for this line either. They will collect as much as they want before they bring the so called law firm in to assist. The name of this law firm has yet to be disclosed to me either, consumers beware! I would give them 0 stars if allowed.
