Municipal Credit Service is a Ripoff A few years ago I came to Municipal Credit Service to repair my Credit. They have a lot of TV Commercials which is how I heard from them. They told me they could fix my credit within a given time frame. (I think it was in less than 3 months) Required an initial $150 fee upfront to begin working on the credit. Thereafter, I made several payments of $100 yet never saw improvements on my Credit Score nor on the Credit Reports of the three different Bureaus. I made various trips to their office. Once, I noticed a broken glass as if someone got angry and broke it. My credit was not very bad, without high debt as other people may have. It was also clean of bankrupts and no foreclosures. After these events, I called and no one answered but when you are a new customer it's different. They make the first impression all nice. Municipal collected all this money without even fixing my credit. My review and experience is 100% real. It's absurd to say otherwise. Those business pictures with different people are probably fake. All the other 5 star reviews written the same day are definitely false. Yisel started leaving reviews to hide my review. I have plenty more evidence... which will only enhance my review. read more

I mentioned the type of service i was looking for and the agent advised me that they could fix my credit within a three months time frame. I was so happy because I wanted to improve my score so I can get a great interest rate to purchase a home. I paid the $150 upfront fee to begin working on the credit. Within 3 weeks I started receiving correspondence in the mail from the three credit reporting agencies and thereafter, I began to see an increase in my credit score. Don't trust this company, they steal your money, they sell your information, they charge you 600 dollars and then they want to charge you thousands for supposed deletions in your credit that they don't do. Be careful, these people are thieves, they steal your money, I spent 1000 dollars and they haven't done anything. read more

I paid my life time affiliation with Municipal Credit Service Corp and have not to pay monthly payments, I only have to pay $25.00 for negative errors after removed from my credit reports. My personal experience with Municipal Credit Service has been good! What they advertise they will do is true. My credit score when I called was a 515 and is now in the 720 range. They have removed 25 out of 27 erroneous negative items from my 3 credit reports. I'm satisfied! read more
