Dead flowers on arrival. Twice!…read more Ordered here because of the positive Yelp reviews. First arrangement arrived in January with the flowers already wilting. The flowers only lasted 2 days. They never bloomed. We thought it was perhaps due to the cold weather during delivery. We couldn't pull the flowers out because they had taped going across the diameter of the vase mouth. Hmm, why so many good Yelp reviews? Perhaps the last one was a fluke. I ordered the $150 Soft Blush for Valentine's Day delivery. Guess what? Flowers were wilted again. Bending at the neck. Flowers were rotting (see pictures). Even more tape across the vase mouth again and around the lip. Stems were cut short so they barely could reach water. Water was dirty. We disassembled the "arrangement" to pull out the dead, rotting flowers in an attempt to salvage the rest of the bunch, changed the water, but to no avail. By this morning (Feb16th), mold had already set (see pics). Fool me twice, I guess. Buyer beware.

It was completely a wrong order I was given. I texted the number of the number owner later that evening. My message was read but there was no reply to follow. My three texts were simply ignored. I will never order from that place again. I paid over 100 dollars for a completely incorrect bouquet and zero response from the owner.

I was told they would use orchids, garden roses and hydrangea and text a photo for approval. No photos arrived, they had the wrong address, the arrangement did not arrive when I was told, and was filled with lilies. When I inquired about the lilies I was told "they are a special kind of hypoallergenic lily". My best friend ended up with an allergy attack and said the flowers could be smelled from anywhere in the house. She was also contacted by the store owner who was rude to her. Officially wasted $200 for something that likely cost $40 to make.

I looked at another florist but even though they always have gorgeous flowers (and they've been a local go-to flower shop of mine), they were way over my budget... about 2-3k above my budget, to be exact. For the same services and still with beautiful floral arrangements, Floral Heights did the job perfectly and at a fraction of the cost. We had table centerpieces, bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, bridal flower crown, groom/groomsmen/father boutonnières, mother corsages, and flowers for the wedding cake. During our meetings, we altered the flowers a bit, and the end result was perfect. I could not ask for more. Flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and fragrant. Charlotte delivered the flowers herself and even helped me put on my flower crown. It was beautiful. Even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
