The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness.
