I contacted this firm around 5:30 PM yesterday. Richard replied my message very quickly and we had few chat on the bankruptcy process till 6:30 PM. He guided me the possible process to handle my great amount of margin debt which might occur on betting the wrong direction of GME, and IB blocked my access to close the position due to negative equity. Unfortunately, I discovered that he basically pushed me to do a Debt Settlement plan or Chapter 13 and never discussed Ch 7 as an option. I have since discovered that Ch 7 is a viable option for me.
