I was very skeptic regarding the tour due to the low price. Everything was well organized including the timing of each departure destination and itinerary. There were two downsides in our tour which was beyond the travel agencies control, so my rating was not affected. When we arrived at the Montmorency Falls, we were unable to take the cable cars due to strike. There were employees picketing in front of the entrance. The tour guide refunded the cost of this destination immediately which shows honesty of the business. Second for lunch, we went for buffet des continents The food selection was very subpar, not worth the $21 per person. Even though, I don't plan to do another bus tour in the near future, but this travel agency is reliable.

Absolutely terrible experience with Concord Tours and Travels. Our tour guide, Mick, left us at the…read morehotel even though we were completely ready and only missed the departure by 2-3 minutes. A friend from the tour even came out and called us, letting Mick know we were on our way, but he still refused to wait. What makes this even worse is that this was a college trip with students. As a tour guide responsible for a student group, a little patience, communication, and consideration should be expected. Instead, we were left behind over a delay of just a couple of minutes. Leaving paying customers behind in these circumstances is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. There was no reasonable effort made to ensure everyone was accounted for before departing. This was easily one of the worst tour experiences I've had. Mick's attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience for us. I would strongly advise colleges, student organizations, and anyone planning group travel not to use this company for organizing tours. If this is how they handle a simple situation involving students who were only a couple of minutes late, I would seriously question their professionalism and commitment to their customers.

Do not use this company. We have just returned from a trip from Montreal to Ottawa in a small…read morepeople mover. The driver (Greg) is Chinese and we travelled with a delightful Chinese family. The family was 5 and we are 2 so most of the trip was commented in Chinese and we felt totally excluded. Greg drove us about 150km away from Montreal to a small cafe where he set out the itinery for the day. He listed about 5 stops and that we should choose about 3 and pay him for them then ( as well as adding a "service charge" and "tip" component). We only chose two that we liked (River cruise - very good and a tour of the Mint - also very good). We got to the Mint first and found that we could have purchased the tickets cheaper at the gate. Greg also charged for anyone wanting to go to the giftshop. There is no charge by the Mint for visiting the giftshop, so it appears to be a nice little side-earner for Greg. Next was the river cruise and (no surprise) the actual cost of the cruise was also less than the price that Greg collected. uWe knew that we had to pay extra for the cruise and visit to the Mint (we booked through Viator) but Greg adding a little extra for himself just seems dishonest. The cruise and Mint tour are run by others and are very good on their own. When we did not choose to go to his recommend buffet for lunch it became too hard for him to drop us a couple of hundred meters away at a shopping centre so that we could arrange or own lunch. We felt that at any of the stops that were made, we had to rush to meet Greg's schedule. We were back in Ottawa about 1 hour earlier then expected so I guess the silver-lining was an hour less of this trip. The commentary on the drive around Ottowa seem to consist of reading the signs outside various sites. If you want to do a similar trip I would recommend that you use another (any other) company. Even the larger companies have a better conscience! If I could post this without a rating I would, but unfortunately I have to (reluctantly) give it 1 star.

However, the elevators can be slow at times. I encountered only one issue during my stay: the water stopped running in the middle of the morning. The staff promptly attempted to fix it, and I noticed that many other guests had also complained about the same problem.

I was also surprised with the small gesture of balloons in the card for my birthday, which was just like what's pictured here when I walked in. The room was very clean all those slightly dated and the amenities of the entire building is amazing from a grocery store to an actual decent food court amongst other things like the mall.. I will definitely stay there again
