A Greek agency for Greece, Mexican for Mexico... - their purchase volume gave access to significantly discounted fares. I've used Voyages Orient Tours (Jimmy) 3x now. The first time we were a group of 7 friends and family going to Thailand, and though one friend was determined to find a better a better deal online, they gave up because so many seats and payments, and passports and restrictions were frustrating to manage and JIMMY still managed to beat the online fares and made it EASY. Most recently I needed a ticket that wouldn't have too many restrictions or penalty fees to change the return date and I needed flexibility to return from either Thailand or India. Jimmy impressed me with his knowledge of what airlines allow or how they apply extra fees and he secured the most convenient flights for me. He knows the ins and outs and can even find free stops! If you're traveling to Asia or South East Asia, try great old-fashioned travel service to book your flight!!!

Daniel was our walking tour guide in Old Montreal, and he did a wonderful job of explaining the…read morehistory of the city from both the French and the British perspectives. I was also interested in the First Nations history he brought to our attention. In addition, he addressed the art and architecture of the city. We are very senior folks, and he tailored the pace and length of our two-hour tour to our physical abilities, as well as our intellectual curiosities. Daniel even took the time to guide us through the machinery at the Metro station so we could buy our fare tickets to go on to a museum in the new city when our time with him was sadly over. I can't recommend Daniel highly enough and Guidatour for its wonderful service.

Our guide, Daniel, was wonderful. We had a comprehensive tour of Old Montreal in which we got the…read morehistory of Montreal's inception and the succeeding waves of immigration and movement away from the river. Daniel showed us great churches, banks and government buildings, making us want to come back and explore further. When we said that we wanted to go to the Museum Beaux Arts after our tour, Daniel suggested using the Metro. He walked us to the station, helped us purchase our tickets and clearly told us which lines to take and which stops were the most convenient. Daniel is gracious and welcoming. Montreal is luck to have him.

I was very skeptic regarding the tour due to the low price. Everything was well organized including the timing of each departure destination and itinerary. There were two downsides in our tour which was beyond the travel agencies control, so my rating was not affected. When we arrived at the Montmorency Falls, we were unable to take the cable cars due to strike. There were employees picketing in front of the entrance. The tour guide refunded the cost of this destination immediately which shows honesty of the business. Second for lunch, we went for buffet des continents The food selection was very subpar, not worth the $21 per person. Even though, I don't plan to do another bus tour in the near future, but this travel agency is reliable.

Pretty quick and easy and you can get your visa very quickly (within 1-2 days) if needed for an…read moreextra charge. I've always gone during off peak hours and service is incredibly fast (less than 20min wait). Given that the service Center is also conveniently located downtown, this is great. My only quibble is: the actual application process (e.g., form) is long. It also seems to change frequently. For instance, it recently moved to online form filling and booking. That added time to the process - but maybe it's just a one-time cost (I.e., I'll find it convenient in the future). In any case, the length and amount of info asked in the forms is the only complaint I have about the visa application experience at this center. Everything else is well above normal.
