The thing that I really appreciate about the teachers is the fact that they want to learn more about the respective cultures of the student body so that they can prepare them for the diverse world that exists outside of the school. My daughter is part of such a warm and welcoming environment, so much so that they even invited parents to come in and contribute towards a special event yesterday to better understand and appreciate the importance of Lunar New Year to my family and the other families that celebrate. She has quickly learned the names of several animals, the alphabet, colors, numbers..etc. I'm amazed that she is now saying complete sentences to me. The owner, Mrs. Hetal Shah, does a wonderful job organizing the weekly routines for the children. I would say the biggest plus for me is that I do not feel like this is just a daycare facility for my daughter. I can tell that she is loved by the staff and since she is currently the youngest child there, the older children are protective of her as well. My daughter is given individual attention according to her needs and I am always kept informed. She spends up to 9 hours a day there at times and I feel very comfortable and confident that she is not only happy, but learning and having a blast too.

While you'll not find all of the payment information in one place, you'll soon find that you're doling out a lot of money up front that will be returned to you under NO circumstances. First, you'll pay a "registration fee." Then, you'll pay "reserve tuition," which is equivalent to a full month's payment, for which you will receive NO services. And if you later decide to use a fewer number of days, this fee will NOT be reduced. THEN, also up front, you will pay 20-60% of the full year's tuition. Now, you may think that that payment is not an additional fee because the 20% supposedly covers the last two months of the 10-month school year. HOWEVER, in the fine print, there is the stipulation that these funds will be forfeited if the school determines that there are "behavioral" issues with your child. I have not met many behaviorally perfect 3-5 year old children! While I am not saying that this school will expel your child and keep your money on false pretenses, the payment policies are a perfect setup for that sort of thing to happen. It could happen that you pay over 70% of a full YEAR'S tuition (not a small amount, in my world) and forfeit it with very little service given. If you have that kind of money to spare, are confident that your child will have no "behavioral" problems, and feel that this school will be able to provide a competent educational experience for your child, then proceed with enrollment! Otherwise, caveat emptor! I have never encountered this sort of payment policy trap anywhere else, but I have learned the expensive lesson to watch for it in the future.

Even as we have moved up in classrooms, his former teachers still check in with him and want to see how he is doing. They clearly love what they do and being with the children. I don't know how they do it, but Sharon and Monica at the front desk know the names of every single parent and child. It is seriously impressive, and shows their dedication and love of working with the children. The entire staff is wonderful!! The building is very secure, and the classrooms are kept immaculately clean on a daily basis. The hours are great for those with long work days. They provide food and a weekly menu that looks very nutritious and diversified. They have a chef on staff that cooks the meals right in the building. Not only does this save us time, it reduces food envy among the kids, and makes our days a ton easier. They also adapt easily for kids with allergies. What I love most is that they have a curriculum for every classroom. I have heard many parents say that infants don't need a curriculum, but at 2 we can see a clear difference in our son's learning vs. others his age. He learned sign language, English, and Spanish simultaneously! And without prompting he surprised us and counted to 10...he isn't even 2 years old yet!!! We are continuously amazed at how much he learns every day. It is clear that they have done thorough research into academic learning theories and methodologies and have combined the best of all of them into one great curriculum that works!!! I have no doubt that we are setting our son up for a lifetime of learning because of how they approach childhood cognitive development. Primrose uses Tadpoles to send photos and daily reports, which keeps us very in tune with his daily lessons. We get weekly reports on what they are learning and tips of how parents can integrate the lesson plans at home to continue the learning. We love the photos and videos that we get every day. At first, things looked promising. My son was excelling--he even was advanced to Kindergarten early, which made me proud and reassured that I had made the right choice. However, that changed quickly. When challenges arose, the school showed little flexibility or empathy. I was dealing with a custody/support battle, that was financially bearing . I made them aware of 4 months in advance instead of working with me when I provided a solution , I often felt pressured and dismissed. The school director, was especially pushy in her communication and didn't provide a POC beyond herself for escalations. Rather than collaborating with me as a parent doing her best, I was met with rigid policies and a lack of understanding about the realities I face as a working single mom. She looked me face a brought me a withdrawal form, which she asked me to complete. Ultimately, my son was removed from the program because his account was consistently behind one week of payment ($535) for about 5 weeks. The payment plan I proposed--though honored and paid the month of April as I communicated--did not align with the school's internal preferences. Despite my efforts to be transparent and proactive, I was repeatedly met with threats of legal action and communication that felt more like gaslighting than genuine support. I felt constantly pressured, which added unnecessary emotional stress to an already difficult situation. I was left scrambling to find alternative care while juggling full-time work responsibilities. The entire experience was not only disheartening, but did not align with the values of family partnership and compassion.

The speed with which she is learning is a testament to both her teachers and the Primrose curriculum. The staff are also fantastic - responsive to every question or concern we have raised and always approachable. The facility is very clean and fixtures are in good shape, considering how much they are used by little kids day in and day out. We always feel good about dropping off our daughter, which is (to me) the highest praise for a daycare.
