They called the day before to make sure I had my prescription available and to confirm my appointment. Parking here is easy. You have the option of the adjacent garage (free) or valet parking. The checkin process was simple and I only waited about 5 minutes. They have pagers like at a restaurant to notify you when they are ready for your imaging. The attendant who completed my MRI was friendly and informative and eased any concerns I had. She gave me headphones and my choice of Pandora station - 80's! It took about 20 minutes and then I was free to go. They have large lockers where you can keep your belongings while your MRI is being done. Hopefully, I'll never have to go back! But If I do I will absolutely use them again.

I called Care Spot and they said they just sent it to the 4th street Walgreen. I went back to 4th street Walgreens to pick it up, and they said my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was already filled at the wrong Walgreens! So I would have to pay $65 instead of the $15 it SHOULD be. By the time they said this, I wouldn't be able to drive and get my prescription in Largo in time since they closed at 8pm and that is BS because I'm super sick and needed this antibiotic to get better since my family is coming in town. I called that pharmacist on the way to Largo and he said to go back and tell 4th street Walgreens that they should still be able to pull it with insurance covering it. So I go back a third time to the 4th street Walgreens and basically demand that they figure it out because I NEED to get this and I'm not about to pay full price when I pay for insurance to cover it. I was so frustrated but finally another pharmacist there ended up helping me and got some store discount that made the price $17 which I paid for. A 3 hour ordeal just because it was sent to the wrong Walgreens. Besides that, I've never had to pay $75 copay for a walk in, usually I pay $40 at the TGH urgent care so now I know where to go moving forward. Also, my boyfriend who also was sick and went in before me, got a 7 days supply of antibiotics (which he really should have gotten 10 days...) and he has only a day left of his. His PA told him he can just call in to ask for 3 more days supply. Well guess what - she's not in the office, and apparently he needs to pay another $45 copay just to go in again (DAYS LATER WHEN ITS TOO LATE) just to get another 3 days supply!! When she literally told him all he needs to do is call the office and ask to refill it for 3 more days. Beyond frustrating experiences for BOTH OF US and we will not be going or recommending this place to anyone.

I found this place on Groupon after spending five hours on a plane beside some coughing passengers…read moreand was eager to get in for a vitamin boost so I purchased it. I work in the medical industry so am very particular about where I go to be treated, and this location passed with flying colors. The location is new but the business is not. The owner has a few other locations in Michigan. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mark, who I later found out was one of the owners, and Jeremy one of the nurses. Both were incredibly kind and explained their options to me. Once I had completed my paperwork Jeremy took me back to start my iv. He did it seamlessly. After my iv was in Jeremy walked with me as I selected a room to relax in. There were multiple to choose from. I opted for the front room which was bright and welcoming. The couches were comfy and I there was a television for me to watch if I wanted. After I was settled Jeremy hooked my fluids up and I was running. During the infusion Mark and Jeremy checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. They were beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for all hydration/vitamin needs. They even offer NAD infusions which are truly life changing!!!! I wish I lived closer because this place would be a monthly stop for me. I can't say enough great stuff things it. Thank you Mark and Jeremy for helping me decompress and for boosting my vitamin levels so easily. I appreciate you both!!
