He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation. He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere. He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs. It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere.

I do not recommend Wes from Stain-Pro concrete. While he was polite and seemed professional and his…read morecrew was very polite and respectful, the job he did was far below expectation. He stained and finished our concrete floors in our BRAND NEW house and the end result was awful. The finish is patchy, not shiny or smooth at all. The concrete is rough in spots and smooth in others. He refused to fix it, instead implying the end result was my fault because I did not communicate what type of finish I wanted. He asked for payment before the job was completely finished, assuring me the finish would come out "when the light hit it." Of course, I trusted him and paid him and then it was all over for me. His crew removed my interior doors to do the floor and when they rehung the doors, five of them wouldn't shut. When I brought this to his attention, he said he wasn't responsible because he "didn't manufacture or install the doors." Funny that they worked fine before his crew messed with them. My general contractor graciously fixed them for me. Wes did offer to put two coats of wax on the floor, but I was under the impression that this floor would not need upkeep. He said he could not put any more finish on the floor, but I called the manufacturer and the manufacturer indicated he likely used the wrong finish and I COULD put an epoxy on the floor if I lightly scuff the existing finish. Wes took NO responsibility for the problem, instead simply repeating over and over again that he did the job exactly as he said he would and that he had NEVER had a problem with any customer. I have seen his work on other floors and it was good, but mine is NOT. After spending 6,000 dollars on this floor, my husband I are going to spend the weekend following the manufacturer's instructions and try to fix it. Wish us luck!
