She was advising her clients on things she nothing about. She needs be disciplined and her license revoked, and we are going to do our best to make that happen as well as the inspector involved. I have left a message for the Broker but have heard nothing. She caused a lot of grief before closing that caused a major issue in moving costs. Besides filing a complaint with TREC we have hired an attorney for the cost of our moving expenses in losses of goods and damages of our items and those things left behind. If you dare to dance with these greedy devils be prepared for bugs, mold, theft, threats of eviction for repair. Best do mark EVERYTHING on the walk through list (if they even do it). Tale your move in pictures and move out pictures to CYA. I had to fight them because they bought a property I was in. Luckily, my lease was coming up and I got as far away from them as possible. Years later when I went to purchase my home, I found out they had over $3,000. on my credit saying I owed it for damages.
