Taking the time to submit all necessary information for insurance processing. Waiting for the approval to then make an appointment. Being seen. Then afterwards receiving a phone call stating they do not take the insurance you've submitted and processed with the office. To then be billed... over 100 dollars.. Had I known my insurance wasn't accepted I wouldn't have made the appointment in the first place. But because it was said to have been approved I proceeded with it.
