He cashed my check, promised over 8 times to refund my deposit by having me to stop up at the shop and had nothing but excuses and lies on giving my money back!. so ended up filing a Police report for theft and a complaint with BBB. UPDATE: This guy FINALLY PAID MY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER 20 DAYS.
