I specifically asked for work to be done on my arms and hand and it was ignored there was less than 1 minute spent on my arms She kept me face down for 75% of my 90 minute visit and as such I was so stuffed up when I did finally turn over there was no relief in stuffiness for the remainder of my session. It was an extraordinarily disappointing visit so much that I've written this review. Justine's demonstrated disinterest in my goals cause me serious worry for others I would never ever recommend her nor return to her practice. The way she positioned my head when I was finally facing up caused me pain in my neck for more than a week avoid this dangerous therapist at all cost

I decided to wait in the relaxation area of the dressing room. The massage therapist never showed up for my appointment. Ten minutes after my massage was supposed to start, I checked in with reception to find out what is up. The massage therapist finally found me. She then told me my massage would be less than an hour because she had called my name in the sanctuary area and I did not show up...and assumed I was with the one of the groups. I found her overall tone very off putting and it felt like I was blamed for being late for the appointment when she did not really even try to look for me or call. Thankfully the manager let me reschedule the appointment for the next day at a discounted rate and gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco. I just feel like at a hotel and spa which is so expensive, that guests should be treated respectfully. I will go back, but will make sure it is not to the therapist who was rude to me.

I went to this spa on 2 different days. One to get a mani pedi, and another for a signature…read moremassage. It was quiet, meditative, and a wonderful way to start to de-stress. I liked the mani pedi but it wasn't any different from any others I've gotten, just a lot more expensive. The massage was fantastic, and the whole spa experience was very good overall. I will return.
