Let me start off by saying I've had terrible experiences with previous CPA's with the exception of my last CPA, California Tax Boutique (CTB). I found California tax boutique online, they had amazing reviews and the ability to load everything online, so I never had to leave my home. I've been working with CTB, particlarly Tifiany since 2019 and I found her to be knowledgeable and quick to reply. She did an amazing job looking for deductions on everything I qualified for, she was extremely thorough and timely. From me contacting them, to her filing my taxes, was roughly 2 to 3 business days. This is the second year Tiffany Guillemaud has done our taxes. We were with a respected firm for about 10 years and received some tax advice or planning, but it is very different with Tiffany. She really researches questions and considers all the options. Most things she can already answer without the research (but my husband and I ask many questions of a unique nature!). I feel confident Tiffany is doing everything she can to reduce our tax burden and is also protecting us from any mistake we would have generated if we tried to handle this complicated task on our own.
