Our appointment for my son was at 8:40am. We arrived at 8:20am plenty of time to be checked in. They checked us in at about 8:45 or so & put us in a room since then.. it now 9:35am & there's still 2 patients ahead of us! Not good! They always do this & we're always patient! But now we're late to our other daily appointments! Thank God my son is 17 ¹/² so we won't have to come here anymore! I would give a zero star if I could read more

Dr. Go has been all three of my children's Dr. my last one is turning 18 in Nov. Dr. Go has always taken the time to treat and listen to my kiddos. The office is always professional and kind. The office can be very busy and there is a wait sometimes. But the service and attention given to the patients is above and beyond. My son had some complex issues over the years and Dr. Go made sure she responded to our concerns. So I give this office staff and Dr. Gutierrez Go a 5 star rating. I read a lot of reviews about the office running late on appointments and while I understand timeliness is important, it's not the only consideration when dealing with a sick kid. My son was in a lot of pain and after the urgent care, ER and phone call to his primary physician yielded nothing I called Dr. Go's office. She was my daughter's Pediatrician when we lived closer so I called for help and they answered the call when no one else would. Jessica at the desk was kind and patient and offered all the over the phone advice possible until I could get there. Just angels for me when I was really getting desperate to help my son. Their bedside manner will keep me coming back even if I have to wait. Thank you. read more

Dr. Maria Gutierrez-Go, MD is both our son & daughters pediatrician. She is constantly late to all her appointments. It doesn't matter if we arrive 45 minutes prior to our appointment; she overbooks and is at least late 30 minutes every time. We sure wished she respected everyone's time but apparently she rather over commit herself than actually provide quality healthcare. read more

Dr. Nieves Go nursing staff, did not give my child the best healthcare. On our last visit, the nurse gave my child expired antigens (allergy shots). I was unaware of this until I scheduled her next appointment. Offered no explanations, but full of excuses. It was a complete waste of my time. If it was expired, why was the appointment scheduled? Nurses don't know the amount of dosage to administer and how often. Expect me to figure it out. Apparently, they can't read medical reports from the specialist. Staff misplaced forms, etc. Doctor needs a better handle on her staff. Each visit takes about 2 hours. Little respect for patients time. Incompetent staff, horrible healthcare! Finally switched pediatricians and couldn't be happier. read more

I used to go to Dr. Go when I was a kid thus I have been taking my own baby here but honestly the service seems to be getting much worse.. Just the other day we were in the waiting room for 2 whole hours and as a busy working mom I just don't have all that spare time to wait around. I really think they are severely understaffed. You hardly ever see the actual Doctor anyways which is a shame because I do like her.. Hopefully once they have more staff and work on getting people in much quicker it will turn up. In the mean time I will be finding a new doctors office. read more

My daughter has been a patient here for 6 years. After today, she won't be. If I could give this office negative 5 stars, I would. When the doc or pa or nurse or whomever finally decide to show up, they are good. But everything leading up to the final arrival is hell. The staff is not incompetent, they are highly aware of what goes on in their office. Which is not necessarily a good thing because it causes them to stay on this imaginary high horse. Giving excuse after excuse in a snotty manner as to why my daughter has been waiting to be seen for a total of 1 hour and 45mins when they know damn well they over book and it's disgusting. There is no respect for time in this office. Actually, there is little respect in other forms also. As I was on my 2nd hour of wait time and had been told for the 6th time that my daughter was the next patient, every staff began to stare me down as if I just disrespected their mother. I'm sorry, but who's the professional? Who gets paid to hold the clipboard? They are obviously millennials. For dr gos sake I hope she gets a better handle on her office and discontinues treating her loyal patients w such disrespect by keeping them waiting for nearly 2 hours and while she's at it, some training for the ladies who are dogging the parents and applying makeup in the center of the office would be a smart move read more

I had appointments for my two children yesterday at 9:00 I came right on time and was passed back about 10 mins after I completed my paperwork we left our apmt at 10:17. The office is just beautiful! My kids forgot they were in a Dr.'s office for a bit. All my questions were answered (not rushed at all). Dr. Go expresses her concerns with facts and examples so I get a better understanding of her diagnosis. & She never scolded the fact that I'm a young mother(young moms understand this). Assistants were awesome! All smiles and just very friendly I'm glad we've finally found an office that cares for our children's care and wellness. I am currently searching for another pediatrician. I just had my baby he is about a month. First to get through on the phone to make an appt takes forever and I got mine on a fri @ 2:45. I get there and there is one person waiting in the lobby (well side) so I think great in and out. Wrong I sign in and the girl didnt even acknowledge me so I wait. After 30 min she looks at the sign in sheet, 45 min she gives me the paperwork to fill out and copy insurance card. We finally get a room inside and we're waiting well we finally opened the door and asked a nurse how long it would take and she said "oh sorry we forgot about you its ok the doctor will go after she is done with her current patient." Well doctor went in checked my son I told her my concerns and she didnt think it was a big deal but to come back next week to go to the front to make an appt. well the girl was not there anymore in fact no one was there because they had already locked up. we had to go through another side door (sick side) I know at any docs you have to wait but it wasnt even busy AND they forgot us, thats just rude! Its a shame because the place is nice for kids asthetically, but the service was disappointing. read more

Upon arriving the waiting room is clean and in proper order...until you're called to the back to WAIT for your scheduled appointment, which ends up being about 20-30 mins. after arriving in one of the holding rooms. Only went to this Dr.'s office about three times, the first time wasn't so bad(we were seen by the Nurse Practitioner), the second time I took my son there was because he had a raging ear infection(I made an appt. earlier in the day and she was supposed to be his regular pediatrician), got there waited about 20 mins for the nurse to call us to the back and ended up waiting in the holding room for FOUR HOURS(this is NOT an exaggeration) while the Dr. continued to see all the other patients she overbooked herself for. While waiting in the room for those 4 hrs. I continuously opened the door to the room to ask where the Dr. was and let the staff know that we had been waiting far too long, at which point my son's medicine wore off and I asked them if they could administer more since I hadn't counted on being there THAT long, it took another 20-30 mins for the Dr. to okay one of the staff to give my son some otc acetaminophen and after waiting another 35 mins after that the Nurse Practitioner came in to see us, she stayed all of about 5 mins to write a perscription and brush off all the questions I had and quickly left the room when she felt she was done. I returned for the third time because I thought maybe the office was just having an extremely bad and busy day on the previous visit but again, my son and I were there, waiting for 30 mins in the room after already sitting in the waiting room for 45 mins and was seen by the N.P. Imagine that: going to your child's pediatrician and never really meeting the Dr. because she is always too busy due to overbooking appointments. After that visit I decided to never return because if felt too much like they were trying to herd everyone(like cattle) they could onto the schedule to make as much money as possible and in doing so not providing the adequate care and attention to patients they are supposedly 'helping'. Will NEVER or not ever recommend anyone go to this office. read more
