It's ultimately my responsibility to be aware of my network, but here's the kicker: my daughter was seen by the doctor for a mere two minutes before he informed me that she needed to be taken to Loma Linda Children's Hospital because it was a serious issue. We immediately drove to Loma Linda Children's Hospital and waited in the emergency room. After a thorough examination, the Loma Linda doctors sent us home, stating that she was 100% fine. They simply said, "I don't know what kind of doctor you took her to, but she's fine." As a result, we are now responsible for paying $300 for a two-minute visit, a scare that led us to believe there was a serious issue, and not to mention the five hours of travel and wait time at Loma Linda.

My guy is terrified of doctors and dentists since it's always a more emergency situation We came in on a Saturday morning at 8:15 and were able to walk right in The whole staff and doctor himself were so kind and patience with my son and myself. Dr. Bender literally goes through your ENTIRE medical history. Diet, labs, medications... everything. Took awhile to get an appointment (as a new patient) but I now understand why (they take the time to request all your records and then actually read them?!) and she is SO worth the wait. I've never had an appointment where my list of issues and questions were so completely and throughly answered. Printouts... homework and goals set. Very nice, clean and organized office. My son was in a lot of pain and after the urgent care, ER and phone call to his primary physician yielded nothing I called Dr. Go's office. She was my daughter's Pediatrician when we lived closer so I called for help and they answered the call when no one else would. Jessica at the desk was kind and patient and offered all the over the phone advice possible until I could get there. Just angels for me when I was really getting desperate to help my son. Their bedside manner will keep me coming back even if I have to wait. Thank you.

I've never been to a pediatrician's office that gives appointments next day or same day if available. Normally it's a week for other doctors. When I do need forms filled out , I drop off and understand it takes a few days because they must have tons of forms from other mommies who need them filled out . I always try and give them some grace. All doctors have flaws but at the end of the day they take care of my kids way better than these urgent care and emergency rooms that have me waiting hours (emergency rooms 5+ hours) and urgent care that misdiagnosed or give wrong meds .

And I wanted to add more to this review...I had routine lab work done and Dr. Mora's office ACTUALLY CALLED ME WITH THE RESULTS. Previously, I have always had to call myself or get the info myself on line after months had passed and I had not heard from my PC doctor. Then they even called me with my routine mamo results. It made me feel delighted that my doctor was actually monitoring my lab results. Then....the icing on the cake...I got a letter in the mail from their office. It was from the doctor!
