We were there for awhile and my mom even decided to buy one more thing after paying (they were patient with this, as well). When I got home, I realized I had picked up the wrong duffle, but because it was so darn cute and a wonderful price, I decided to keep it and gift it later. Went online, bought another bag and it arrived the next morning (WOW-quick service). I may have messed up my order because I received the same bag, so having to deal with their customer service now and will update to how that experience is.
