The last time I tasted Sicilian food this good was when I visited Italy 4 years ago. My hubby loved all of the courses and cleaned his plate. The star of the show was the Saltimbocca di Vitello which is a ribeye stuffed with provolone and topped with an amazing sage dressing. The smoked gouda grits with blackened shrimp was also delicious.
