I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I had them install a patio roof extension and screen, in addition to adding gutters in January 2023. The installers did a poor job on the gutters. The brackets looked like a child had cut them with rusty scissors, and the gutters themselves were crooked. They insisted repeatedly over 4 months that they're guys would be out to take care of it. In addition, the roof leaks in 2 spots. I got up on a ladder March 15, 2023 to see what the problem could be, and that is when I discovered that they didn't even install a cover on top, they had left bare brackets! I've left countless messages and texts in the last 2 months, to which I've yet to receive a response. Do yourself a favor. Google the phone numbers on their web page, and you'll find that they have multiple webpages under different company names, but the same phone numbers and pictures. Then try calling all of those numbers. You'll find that half of them do not exist, and the ones that do go through go right to voicemail, with the same person on every number saying that he'll call you back. His name is Derwin. Then look at their addresses that you mind for them on HOUZZ or any Google search. I found one today in Baton Rouge. Guess what, it's actually a church. I'm willing to bet that the licenses that they claim to have in multiple states do not exists either. Either way, my next step is to file a civil suit against them for fraud. I've already been in contact with Consumer Protection Agencies in all of the states that they claim to do business in. read more

It took 6 months to complete a patio project. I would not recommend due to poor communication and workmanship.

I cannot tell you if this company is bad or good. I called for a quote, the rep called me back, left a VM. After that, I tried calling him back and texting him numerous times, never heard back. I called the company, they said they would have him call me, crickets. Never heard back. I am going to move along to another company. Sad when I am ready to move, cash in hand. read more

If the rotten ass fascia you have would have been in the forest shape. Maybe it would seal the correct way The 1st time!! (This was the response I received from Dewin Daniels when I told him my new patio covering was leaking.) So they don't tell you you have a problem that may cause problems later they just put the cover up and take the payment and run! They are also under the name AAA Aluminum. read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY : PLEASE READ THIS POST. We were looking to install a patio cover. As anyone does you call around to get best the option. We read the reviews for this company, but still called to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were contracted Derwin Daniels through several text messages. Derwin quoted a price without even coming out to measure. He was extremely unprofessional and racial. Once we stated we were going to honor the quote from another company he told my husband F you, and that he was a broke** Nig**. But he did not stop there with his texting. Derwin continued to text and was extremely out of line. Please do not give this company any business, they are all tied together for the following locations : Slidell 985-643-5151, New Orleans: 504-524-5470, Baton Rouge: 225-397-4622. Also locations in Gulf Port, Mobile, Hattiesburg, and Pensacola. Adding a Patio cover is not something we don't need, but wanted to enhance our home. If this is how they conduct themselves before even getting our business, we can only imagine how they would be to deal with period. read more

I do not recommend this company, as we now, and have from the beginning, have been dealing with multiple leaks in our patio covering. Leaks so bad that we have to move all furniture off the patio when we are expecting rain of any amount because everything ends up soaked! We've tried continuously to get the contractor back out here to fix, but no calls or texts are being answered, except for one stating we were on the work order schedule and that was over a week ago. Again, we've been silenced. I've sent 2 responses via the company website asking for assistance with this matter with no avail. They now have until 3 JUL 2020 to make it right or we will be proceeding with legal action. Supposedly there's a lifetime warranty with this patio, but we can't even get it done correctly to completion, so that lets us know that the warranty is a fraud. IF you go with this company, I highly recommend you hold off on paying until you've experienced lots of weather to see if it will actually uphold to your standards. read more

Derwin kept postponing my job. I had to pay the "traveling" installers. He never gave me a bill, after asking for one twice. THEN, he wanted me to write a good review for him. So, I guess the "Lifetime" warranty he said I would have is no good. Not reputable in my opinion. read more

This company not only tried to talk me out of my vision and into their vision, which you can expect from salesmen but the 'manager' at 228-863-4819 is the most unprofessional I've come into contact with for a while. He accused me of wasting his time once I told him my husband wanted to be available for contract signing. He accused me of not wanting to build a sunroom and called me 'stupid.' Seriously. I will upload his text pictures on google reviews. SMH...think twice before you waste your time or money with this company. Beware!! I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully many times after handing money over to this company. It is impossible to get them to come back out to fix their work. The minute they left with my money after they assured me the work was done, they never answered my calls again. The same man, Derwin Daniels does business under a half a dozen different names. I found this out when I attempted to find another contractor to fix their work. (aaa Aluminum, Gulfport Patio Covers, A1 Patio covers, Gulf Coast Patio Covers & more) MAKE SURE you request and sign a warranty contract with him or he will block your calls when trying to get him to fix their mistakes. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE. His addresses are empty buildings and there is no way to track him down. read more

These people suck. $31,000.00 worth of work and they did poor construction and never even attempted to make a simple phone call to clear it up. I need a whole new deck now and the sunroom had to sealed by another vendor. Derwin Daniels owner supposedly sold to Chris Kendrick. Neither attempted to correct this. It will cost me $6000.00 to fix this mess. He has several phone numbers and names beware. Ask for licenses from all contractors. 863 4819 is one of his numbers he gave himself a 5 rating. read more
