READ THE REVIEWS AND HEED THE WARNINGS! Maybe this guy is…read morenot the one packaging the mystery boxes, but he knows there is a problem. I went to him personally, face-to-face, to see if he would take accountability for the fake AirPods I got in my mystery box. He claims they aren't fake and that he knows nothing about it. I took mine to The Apple Store, and they confirmed it! Who am I going to trust??! Once Apple showed me a side-by-side comparison of my fakes ones and ones from the store counter, it was easy to spot the imperfections. I did my own research before going to Apple and everything was another dig at my heart. My previous AirPods were worn out and they died on me. I took a chance going into this store, but something immediately told me it was a bad idea. I had no idea what a mystery box was and I had absolutely no idea fake AirPods existed. My naivety, I supposed. The Apple Store said they were "good fakes". Even the box detail was "good", however, there were clear signs of fakeness, and you could see them immediately once side-by-side. I truly wanted to believe this guy, but come on, man! You know you are selling fake crap! To be fair, the "AirPods" worked, but the finesse was off. Apple doesn't do anything half-way. The closure of the case top, the Apple white color, the green/orange indication light, the embossed box, the non-felt resting piece inside the box was plastic, and the list goes on for more heartache. Nothing else in the box was worth anything. Multipack of socks, sports bras, holiday decor, and more cheap China crap! It all went to the donation pickup place. I gave this guy the opportunity to fess up and do the right thing. He chose to be a problem instead of a solution. I bought my REAL AirPods that same day I took in the fakes. I found out they have a lab dedicated to fake product investigation. They are cracking down on these scammers and trying to keep Apple a step ahead of the fraud. Aside from that, I still can't give a review for anything positive. The store has worthless items. Maybe on a "lucky" day you can find something of a semi good deal. I will never go back. This store is a scam! If you don't believe me, I get it. It is hard to believe. Just watch the guy when you go in... he's a speedy talker and doesn't let you get much in conversation wise. That immediately made me hesitant. Seems shifty. Trust me. This place is NO DEAL. This place is only STEAL - as in STEAL from you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Not only did I buy one but my friends also bought one and found a used microwave plate with food particles inside. This place is cash only forcing you to use a ATM machine without any proof of purchase. The other blind box items were basically trash and unusable with missing parts. The store owners father advertised the blind boxes having either an iPad, AirPods or an iPhone in them but seems like he can only get the fake AirPods in each of the boxes. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY AT ALL COSTS!!

We stopped at several stores to browse and I bought a few items. The employees that helped me out were friendly. My husband also bought some clothes at one of the department stores. The employee that helped him out was friendly. We walked around outside and enjoyed the weather. Overall this mall was a good place to spend time together walking and shopping with friendly service at different stores.

anyone saying this mall is amazing is delusional or paid for a good review, sure it's had its…read morebetter times but really let's be serious, tell me why you have 2 options in your food court probably only 1 soon and not only that but why leave the a/c broken for over a year on the side of the mall where your food court is where they have fryers and grills that add to the heat. 1/2 your mall has stores (you guessed it , the side that has a/c) when there's only 3 stores on the side that's hotter then the Texas heat. Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or walk/wait on the hotter side of the mall. Be better management and do something about that ac because it's ridiculous.
