I told him that no it was not, I had saved a lot of money using grocery points for discounts at gas stations. He told me to contact Safeway, and maybe my points expired. I got home and signed into my Safeway account; I knew I had points because in the past 2 -3 weeks I spent $300 at the store. My account said I had 632 Safeway points and they expire on May 31st. This man/attendant at the gas station said I had NO point and so I filled up reluctantly -- and instead I should have checked Safeway as now I will loose the 10 gallons of gas with discount 10 cents per gallon because I believed this attendant was being honest; he was not honest. I lost $6 today in savings and I won't be able to use the discount because the points will expire before I can use them for more gas purchase. I will never go back to this gas station again. I even called to tell this attendant he lied, but the phone number listed online is not for this station. I do not believe in lining the pockets of those who cheat and lie to others.

Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.
