It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. Upon removing the downstairs shower, we saw new ideas for the remodel including moving the entry from the dining room to the laundry room and then decided to remodel the laundry room. There were many issues such as plumbing against a wall where it would freeze, the toilet connection was crooked, and a joist supporting the bathroom floor was cut. Jason came up with solid solutions and when completed we were amazed. The differences are so great. I don't think we would have had the same result if we didn't use Jason. Forget the big-box stores, don't waste your time and especially your money. Been there done that…read more Going on a recommendation from our local contractor, we made our way to Tubs & Stuff. Our downstairs bathroom ended up being part of our full kitchen remodel and we needed a new toilet and then a new faucet for the kitchen. We stopped in on a Tuesday, few people in the shoproom and ended uip dealing with a great guy, Ken, come to find out he is the owner. Told him what we needed, unfortunately the toilet is a special size (10" rough) so options were limited. Ken showed us multiple options and set us up with a Kohler, same money as the local big box stores and they had a faucet for our kitchen on display, which my wife and I instantaneously loved so Ken staired us in the right direction. Great unit. Ken was very professional and very informative. Toilet and faucet were ordered that day (Tuesday) and entire order was in by Thursday evening. Now I truly judge a place on how bad situations are dealt with and unfortunately we ran into two of them, none of which was any fault of the store. But Ken handled the issues like a champ and truly made the experience even better. The toilet upon install had a hair-line crack in the tank in which water was dripping out once installed. The faucet head button for the spray and regualr flow broke and got stuck in regular mode. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to speak with Ken, he apologized and reassured me that both items would be taken care of immediately. They actually were! New tank for toilet was in next day and faucet head was shipped right to the house. We are totally satisfied with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again for a bathroom remodels and additionally recommend Tubs & Stuff to anyone we can.
