The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

Just three years later, all of the fascia is completely rotten and the company says it is not their responsibility and is not covered by the warranty. We are having to replace all the fascia at a huge cost. We even asked this company for an estimate on fascia replacement and they never followed up which tells me they know they are in the wrong. They never followed up after leaving messages or promising to send staff out for inspections. I would avoid doing business with this company as they do not honor the warranty or follow up

Tampa Roof Repair was very receptive and advised that they would consider any size repair. They sent appraiser over and had a quote for me in quick order. The pricing was too high to be equitable in my estimation. So instead of haggling a better price, I negotiated for more repairs and better product at the same price and they agreed.
