These people overcharged me by at least $600. They charged me $1300 to cut down 8 oak trees with diameters of 6 to 8 inches. Small trees. 10 to 15 feet in height. They also ground the wood into chips that would make mulch. This was in March 2025 in East Milton where these gangsters live. The entire process took only three hours and they charged $1300. That's $400 per hour on my property. No receipt. No hand shake. I am a disabled veteran living on social security so this ripoff really stings. This is the third time in 5 years that I was screwed by East Milton contractors and I WILL NEVER AGAIN ALLOW ANOTHER ONE OF THESE BANDITS ON MY PROPERTY. They will be trespassed. My advice is avoid these bottom feeders and do the work yourself. I think that East Milton is plagued by lots of companies that will screw you as soon as they see you. Allied Sod sold me sub standard weed infested centipede grass and Paulk Brothers tree service overcharged as well. I suggest going outside of East Milton for any services. There is no regulation of these businesses and they use that to take advantage of you. It's the Wild West out here and consumers are losing. My new home had two large water oak trees about 40' tall in the back yard. We wanted them to come down because the furthest one back was leaning toward our neighbors home. They turned out to be the most reasonably priced tree service after shopping around and they also ensured that there would not be any extra charges for having to enter our neighbors back yard. This in itself turned out to be a huge selling point for us as well. I would highly recommend having them come out and take a look at your place if you're looking at having trees removed or trimmed. read more

We hired them to cut down a tree. They dropped a limp on our Florida room, breaking a gutter. They fixed it and it fell apart in the first rainstorm. A lady named Joy threatened me after I filed a BBB complaint. She says my wife said it looked good. Please see below pictures to see she is lying. I filed the complaint after she didn't return 8 calls. She said nobody will ever come to my house because I complained. The BBB ruled in my favor. I am now in the process of filing a claim against her insurance on file with her Florida LLC. Do not hire them. Her license was reinstated the day they began my tree. They change names frequently. This company has no integrity. They quoted us $5000 minus $1000 to go towards our deductible (so $4000) to remove 1 tree after Hurricane Sally. They also offered to handle the claim with the insurance company. Come to find out they billed our homeowners insurance more than twice the agreed upon price, and are accusing us of trying to make a "profit" off of their work. They have denied ever quoting the job at $5000, but then said it was a "ruff" estimate (not my spelling), said her brother has no authority to make prices (even though she came down to speak with my husband and get our policy info right after her brother presented himself as a representative of the company). At no point during the removal of the tree did they ever say "we are going to have to charge you more, to be precise, more than DOUBLE our original quote". The payment from the insurance company was to cover tree removal, stump removal and cleanup. If anyone is trying to make a "profit" off of someone's misfortune it's these guys. They even threatened us with a lawsuit and a lean against our home after making a demands to our son at the front door of our home for $10,000! We don't even have the funds cleared from the insurance company yet. Warn everyone you know needing tree service, these guys are crooks. read more
