The technician spent barely five minutes checking the outlet before claiming it was the power board. I was quoted $694.20 for the repair--nearly the cost of a new unit--but I agreed to it because the dryer still worked. The nightmare began when they returned with the part and it didn't fix the problem. They then demanded an additional $235 for a different part but refused to guarantee that the second "fix" would actually work. To make matters worse, they ignored my request to keep the original parts they removed and the owner refused to speak with me, claiming he "doesn't talk to customers." This isn't a repair service; it's expensive trial and error at the customer's expense. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had them replace a dyer belt, 7.50 part, on a stacked washer dryer, charged $150.00 labour and left before checking it was all in working condition. Next day the washer overflowed because the panel controls were not checked the day before, they charged ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! The bills were paid from the renters so I can not dispute it and they refuse to give me the owner the bill !!! Office won't even Answer my phone calls or reveal who the owners are!! I am proceeding to report this to the BBB Total bill $554.00 for a $7.50 part!! Find another Repair place!!

Unfortunately he mislead me on him knowing the proper way to do pavers and now the pavers are all dipping in as the ground settles in. With that being said the job is only 2 months old. The pavers are all separating and weeds are growing thru the cracks. When I emailed to let him what was going on with the pavers he did not reply, so I sent another email and still no reply. Then I posted on his Facebook page and he deleted my comment and called my phone.
